Introduction to Nomisma Olive Newsletter
By Precious McGideon, Media Creativity Official.
Beginnings are hard.
A blinking cursor on a fresh blank page can be intimidating for even seasoned writers. Anyway I’m jumping at this beginning with the posture of a “leap of faith” (arms spread wide, eyes shut tight and a loud shout to overcome anxiety). This is an introduction to Nomisma Olive Newsletter, for our clients and potential clients.
1. Why this, why now
Newsletters have a way of building trust and encouraging transparency. Just like King told me, Nomisma Olive is an open book with nothing to hide, this newsletter will let people in, giving them a wider understanding of what we do. We will care for there needs even outside finance and our own interest. Tips ranging from; health, morals, life motivations and finance. Permit me to chip in a Scriptural Reference, 3John 1:2 (paraphrased) “I wish above all things that you prosper and be in good health, even as your soul prospers”. This can be said to be our goal, the general well being of all our clients and partners.
2. What kind of community are you looking to build here
We are not just starting a newsletter, we are building a community! A platform where we will win the hearts of our clients with kind words and reassuring information of our commitment to the cause. So this “community” will be the kind that knows their financial partner and trusts them.
3. Being specific
Readers love clarity and so does King. He loves going straight to the point (thanks to the HOP for the extra education on this subject). So we will adopt that method with the usage of quotes and bullet points to drive home our points.
4. Usage of image and “subscribe” buttons
We will make it colorful and attractive with pictures and images. We will also add action buttons, like “subscribe”, “call now” “visit our website”, “chat with us” buttons.
5. Not my will but thine
My idea is not the final say, I am open to constructive criticism and corrections on we can go about this.
(But trust me on the “subscribe” buttons!)
